No, we were not 'Necking'! We are working, but enjoying it so!
The purpose of this November trip to the Ranch was to further some and finish some smaller projects before too much snow was on the ground. When we refill our water jugs from the Spring, we usually take some time to 'park' out (clean out) this area. It is a really unique, special and private spot on the ranch.

It has taken many days and lots of lugging smaller trees, branches, stumps, etc from this area to 3 fairly large slash piles for burning next spring. The majority of the 'parking out' is completed, wheww. I never thought a smaller area like this could have so much 'stuff' in it! There is a reason for the grooming of this area and we will disclose the purpose of this next year. This area is going to be a "very meaningful area to the Young and Westman families". The official unveiling will be announced at a future date, but preparations continue for that date and unveiling. Stay posted for updates!

I will tell you that my Bride is an awesome woman, she just doesn't stop! She lives up to her childhood nick name, "Paula Bunyon". Without her help and prodding, we would have not accomplished as much as we did. Thank you Dayita (her Cherokee name), I love you.

This is a most wonderful little place, so quiet and peaceful. A fantastic unveiling it will be.
